Welcome to the Soul Revival Journaling Challenge

This is going to be a great creative discovery. Many of us wish we were more creative and we have that sense deep inside that we are more creative, but we are unable to effectively tap into that creativity. Often, we have great ideas, wonderful dreams, but are unable to actualize them for ourselves. Sometimes we have specific creative longings we would love to be able to fulfill : learning to dance, painting, taking an acting class, yoga or writing. Each of us is complex and highly individual, we are all unique in our own specific way, however there are common recognizable denominators to this creative discovery process.

Throughout this process of transformation you will smash into so many waves of emotions and you have to learn how to surf. At the beginning of this journey you will be smashed by anger, followed by grief, then alternating waves of resistance and hope. This phase of growth becomes a series of expansions and contractions that will be followed by a strong urge to abandon the process and return to your life as you know it. But you just stand strong and go with the waves, cause your are not alone.

Know that you are loved and appreciated every single step of the way. By committing over and over again to following the process you will start to break the strong connection with your ego and by doing so in the final phase of the challenge you will sense a new way of being that is marked by increased confidence, resilience, excitement and you will develop the ability to make and execute concrete creative plans for your life, allowing yourself to be guided by your soul.

In the Soul Revival Journaling challenge you will begin to excavate your buried dreams and this is a tricky process as you will discover how many dreams you just gave up for everyone else around you. This is going to be painful, but it is a necessary pain for you to grow and grief.

Let’s dive in
