Write a love letter to yourself.

DAY5.png

Have you planned your soulful date for this week? Remember this is a very important weekly task and on the Q&A I’ve shared more details and a very important task, but if you haven’t watched the call you can catch the replay in the Facebook Group.

After asking your little girl why is she holding you back from achieving your dreams and goals and writing all the answers in your journal, asking her what does she love and what would she love to do, where would she love to go for a walk etc you will be able to have a very clear idea about how to enjoy and what to do on your soulful date.

Today I am asking you to treat yourself with more love!

Self-confidence is a vital ingredient of both your own happiness and, because happiness is contagious, the happiness of those closest to you. But when was the last time you gave yourself a tap on the back, or looked in the mirror and told yourself that you liked what you saw?

Writing a love letter to yourself might sound odd as we are rarely encouraged to praise ourselves, after all, but setting out all the things you are proud of and the attributes you admire is a great way to boost your self-esteem.

If you find it hard to get started, imagine that you are writing about your best friend. Think about why she is your friend and which of her characteristics you value most.

When I write a letter to myself, I started with Dear Me ……. and I allowed myself the time and space that I needed for being able to connect with myself and ended up writing a long letter. I will share a part of my letter with you on the call, but in the meantime click on the images below to download the prompts below and let your consciousness flow on to the paper.
