Embodiment & Nervous System Mentor · Spinal Energetics Practitioner
I guide ambitious, sensitive women out of survival mode and back home to themselves so they can live, love and lead from a regulated nervous system, embodied authenticity and soul alignment.
My work weaves Spinal Energetics, somatic embodiment and soul-led coaching to create transformation that doesn’t just make sense in your mind, but lands in your body, your nervous system and your everyday life.
I’m here for the women who look like they’re “fine” on the outside…
but inside feel anxious, overloaded, disconnected or stuck in the same patterns of burnout and self-abandonment.
