On Day 1, we started with a simple exercise of self-reflection and brain dump, to help you clear away the clutter in your mind and start making space for new empowering thoughts.
Today I will share with you some really powerful tools, I’ve learned from Robin Sharma in a masterclass. He started off by saying “If people are not laughing at your dreams, you are not dreaming BIG ENOUGH.” and this was such a trigger point for me 6 years ago.
What’s the point of being successful according to society, but you are a failure according to yourself. Living in the shadow of other people’s expectations has brought so much pain in your life, but now it’s you time to shine bright and step into your power as real success is living life under your own terms.
Have you noticed that adults are nothing more than deteriorated children?
Children live with an open heart and in the present moment and we have so much to learn from them. What’s the point of having a strong mind without anon heart?
This is the point where the importance of PASSION should be a daily practice. Practices that will change your life and journaling and gratitude can help you discover your passions.
Gratitude is the antidote for average and it is the most efficient way to manifest abundance in your life. If you can be grateful every day, the way you see the world around you begins to change. Not to mention that your productivity increases, your level of happiness increases and your energy level increases.
Deliberate gratitude is so powerful - deliberate means intentional action, and the only thing you need to do is to install a daily ritual or practice of celebrating your blessings every day. AT 5:00 AM is the time of least distraction on the planet. This is the best time where we have the most FOCUS, ENERGY and WILL POWER. At least that’s what the science says, first thing in the morning.
