You know, there have been quite some years since I consciously decided to change my life. And I have to be very honest with you when I say that NO, it was not easy at all.
I have faced many challenges along the way and have learned valuable lessons that have become my core values in life. I needed so much to make drastic changes and of course I wanted to finally live the life I have always dreamed about.
But how do you make positive changes in your life when you are intoxicated with negativity, old patterns and addictive thoughts?
I started asking my self so many questions that have helped me along the way build the strong woman I am today, boost my self-confidence and higher my self-esteem that I have lost on the way.

I have asked myself these questions over and over until I got to the point where I felt so overwhelmed and all the self-doubt was taking over me, but I just couldn't give up and just out of the sudden the word ENERGY came to my mind.

Practiced with consistency, the universe will start giving you solutions to reach them, opportunities will start popping up, your brain will start generating ideas to reach those goals like if it’s magic.
Healthy lifestyle - a good health starts with a good nutrition. Our lifestyle these days is not always sufficient when it comes to fulfilling that need. Therefore it is important to add essential vitamins and minerals to our daily nutrition to achieve an optimal health.
