We will use this space here to learn more about your inner child. This is a safe space where you will be introduced to your inner child. It is all about discovering your inner child and who she is.
It is possible that your child is wounded if you have experienced trauma in your life. This could be why you struggle to build up that confidence and need to accept yourself fully. Your child may be wounded because you have not resolved issues related to your trauma. Having unresolved issues can lead to low self-esteem and an inability to accept yourself. The same issues can also be passed on to your child.

This prompt will help you familiarize yourself with the inner child that hides deep inside your subconscious. Getting to know your inner child will be an important step to unlocking your sense of adventure and lighthearted behaviors that encourages joy.

Where did you think you would be in the future, how does that relate to the life you have now?
What were your hobbies or extracurricular activities as a child? Which ones did you enjoy, which ones did you stop and why?
If you could choose to take up any of these hobbies again which one would it be?
What was your favorite toy as a child and what was so significant about it?
Was there a time when you were unable to voice how you felt?
Is there someone in your life whom you can speak your truth?
What are the boundaries you’d like to set up and be respected by people?
